1- Is Alibox an internet provider?

We are not the internet provider. We have a telecoms franchise and this allows us to obtain the best prices for our customers. The internet networks of large companies (Bell, Verizon, AT&T, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Rogers, Shaw, etc.) are accessible to all internet companies who want to connect a customer, thanks to the anti-monopoly law of large companies.

2- What is the name of the internet company?

The name of the company is All Communications Network. The company was established in 1993 in the USA, and has been present in Canada since 1998.
Several million customers already do business with our company.
All Communications Network is in the direct sales model: no dollars are spent on marketing, unlike the big companies who spend hundreds of millions a year.
This enables us to give the customer a better price, and we let word of mouth do the work.

3- Is the internet connection good?

The internet connection is of excellent quality. We are talking about the same quality offered by the major suppliers, since we are on the same internet network as them.

4- How come the prices are cheaper than the competition?

Our business model is direct marketing, which means that no dollars are spent on marketing. We let word of mouth do the work. We are thus cutting hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing, and we are able to offer a better price to the customer.

5- How is it that we can get the service for free?

Yes, it is quite true.

Once you become a customer, you refer 5 customers and your home service becomes free (internet; internet + telephony).
Your service remains free as long as you have 5 referral clients who are subscribed.

This is possible because we waive the cost of acquiring a new customer, which is generally very high.

6- Do I have customer service and technical support over the phone?

Yes, you have access.
7 days a week, you can call customer service or technical support.

Alibox does not take care of customer service. All communications network takes care of it.

7- Who takes care of invoicing, technical support, customer service, etc.?

All communications network will take care of that. Alibox only refers customers.
This benefits you because you will have customer support and technical support available over the phone, every day.
Both services are excellent.

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Technical support:

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

The telephone numbers will be given to you once customers.

8- Do I have to pay for my intenet service every month by making a transfer, or by paying an invoice?

No. Automatic withdrawals will be made from your credit card or your bank account.

9- Do I really get the service for free after referring 5 clients?

Yes.
Only the service taxes will have to be payable (sales taxes). It is between $ 2 and $ 6 depending on where you are.

10- Is the Wifi router free?

A promotion reimburses you for the Wifi router when you order it with us. Come ask us how.

11- Do you offer home telephony?

Canada:

Yes.
When you combine residential telephony and internet service, the prices are:
$ 14.99 for unlimited calls to Canada, USA and Mexico.
$ 19.99 for unlimited calls to 80 destinations including North America.

The service is eligible to be obtained free of charge as well.

USA : Yes, refer to the US portal . (ask us and we will share it with you).

12- Can I keep my residential telephone number?

Yes, the number is transferred free of charge.

13- Are these fixed prices or promotional prices?

All our prices are fixed.

14- Will I have any surprise invoices?

No surprise invoices since our prices are fixed.

15- How long does it take for me to have active internet service at home?

It usually takes a few days.
