AliBox wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a refund.
You can return items for up to 3 days from the date you receive it.
Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please Keep the receipt.
It’s in the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping cost when it’s about a refund.
The customer must contact us at contact@aliboxtv.com to know the exact shipping address.
If the AliTv service is activated on the Alibox, the refund is not possible.
If the return reason is because of an ethernet problem, we cannot accept the return.
If the return reason is because you did not know that each box need a tv services, we cannot accept the return as it is stated everywhere in the website.
Guarantee:
All of our models come with a 12 to 36 months guarantee which covers everything excepted physical damages, liquid damages ,overheating and overvoltages.
The tv service is strictly not refundable once activated .
AliBox provides help for repairs.
